Rules & Responsibilities

  • Constitution - This constitution is from the August 1997 issue of "American Cheerleader Magazine." It was submitted by Jennifer Wright of Patine Illinois High School.


  • Rules - Usually schools will have rules that apply to all sports. This is a guide to help you, but make sure it doesn't go against the school's rules.


  • Captain/ Co-Captain Responsibilities - Start off on the right foot. Make sure that your captains know their jobs.


  • Game Sheet - Be prepared for game half times, quarters and time outs.
