Just as in any sport, it important for your team to plan it's game strategy. Especially with new teams, it's easy to get a little "stage fright" and end up with silence on the sidelines. A Game Plan can help. At practice or before the game, write down your plan - what cheers to do at quarter breaks, what is happening at halftime, who is carrying flags at opening ceremonies, etc. Also include a list of cheers/chants as a reminder. Hang your game plan in an inconspicuous spot for easy reference.
