Toss Hands (with optional) Extension
How to:
Base: Begin in athletic stance and grasp flyer's hips. On 1-2, down, up, lift with legs following through with arms, extending and flicking wrists at top. Grab flyer's feet as high as you can and absorb weight with your legs. On dismount dip legs, follow through with hands and reach for flyer's waist/hips. Resist down and lower using your legs.
Flyer: Reach behind and grasp base's wrists, leaning back slightly, elbows in. On 1/2, down, up, jump as high as possible straight up, flicking hands straight down your body. Lock out and stay tight! To dismount, stay tight with the count and bring your arms tight to your body. When you feel base grab your hips, reach back and grab base's wrists, landing in same place you began.
Extension:
Base: From Hands position above, use legs to dip and follow through with arms locking out at top. To lower, bend arms, resisting weight, and use legs to absorb. Dismount as above.
Flyer: From Hands position, stay tight by squeezing inner thighs and butt entire time.
