Pencil Toss (great drill for beginning Partner Stunting)
How to:
Base: Begin in athletic stance with knees forward. Grasp flyer's hip bones. On 1-2, down, up, lift with legs following through with arms, extending all the way to top, popping wrists and keeping arms extended. As flyer descends, grab hip bones and resist downward, lowering flyer using your legs.
Flyer: Reach behind and grasp base's wrists, leaning slightly back, elbows in. On 1-2, down, up, jump as igh a s possible straight up, flicking wrist straight down your body. As you descend, re-grab base's wrists landing in the same place as you began.
