Here is something my team used to do at the height of stress and frustration that can calm nerves if nothing else. We all just laid down on the mat, closed our eyes, and went through the whole routine. Coach would play the music when it was time. We'd say the cheer while going through motions in our head - some people might do mini-motions and quiet claps. We'd keep track of our mistakes and try to get everyone to zero. When we stood up to perform the routine full-out, it was usually the best one of the practice.
If you don't want to ask the coach and the whole team to do this, ask your coach for a copy of the music and do it at home by yourself.
